PLEASE COME WITH YOUR HAIR WASHED, DETANGLED AND DRY WITH NO PRODUCT. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT AS YOUR STYLIST MAY DO A DRY CUT BEFORE WASHING AND TANGLES, SLICK BUNS OR HEAVY PRODUCT WILL DISRUPT THIS.
AVOID ANY MANIPULATION SUCH AS STRAIGHTENING OR TIGHT BUNS WHICH MAY STRETCH YOUR CURLS AS WELL AS ANY TWIST OUTS OR BRAIDS THAT WILL NOT SHOW YOUR TRUE CURL PATTERN. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT AS YOUR STYLIST WILL NEED TO SEE YOUR TEXTURE IN IT’S TRUE FORM DURING THE CONSULTATION PROCESS.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY ANY OILS, HEAVY GELS OR PRODUCTS TO YOUR HAIR AS WE WANT TO SEE HOW YOUR CURLS NATURALLY SIT.
IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF £50 AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR SERVICE AND YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.

CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
THINGS HAPPEN! IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE LET US KNOW 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT OR LET US KNOW WITHIN 24 HOURS THEN WE WILL CHARGE YOU THE FULL AMOUNT.
COLOUR SERVICES.
RECONSTRUCTIVE TREATMENTS MAY BE NEEDED PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT IF YOUR STYLIST FEELS AS THOUGH YOUR HAIR WILL NOT BE HEALTHY ENOUGH FOR THE COLOUR SERVICE. MULTIPLE VISITS MAY BE NEEDED TO CREATE THE DESIRED LOOK. EACH SUBSEQUENT VISIT WILL BE A SEPARATE CHARGE AND QUOTED FOR UPON THE CONSULTATION.
THE AGE LIMIT FOR COLOUR IS 16.
DEPOSIT REFUND
THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE.
LATENESS
IF YOU MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE THERE WILL BE A LATE FEE OF £20 OR WE MAY NOT HAVE THE TIME TO PROCEED WITH YOUR BOOKING. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU DO NOT ARRIVE ON TIME AND WILL CHARGE YOU THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT OR CANCEL BEFORE 24 HOURS, WE WILL CHARGE YOU THE FULL AMOUNT.
PLEASE BEWARE THAT IF YOU ARE THE LAST CLIENT OF THE DAY AND ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SEE YOU AND WE WILL CHARGE YOU THE REMAINING AMOUNT THAT IS DUE TO BE PAID FOR YOUR SERVICE.
RESCHEDULING
THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT YOU CAN RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS 3 TIMES AFTER BOOKING.
IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT DUE TO STAFF ILLNESS OR OPPORTUNITIES THEN WE WILL INFORM YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH ALTERNATIVE DATES THAT WORK FOR YOUR SCHEDULE.
YOU CANNOT RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT INTO THE NEXT YEAR.
+1’S
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BRING A GUEST AS OUR SALONS ARE APPOINTMENT ONLY AND WE HAVE A SMALL SPACE WHICH CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ANY +1’S SO WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT THIS.
AMMENDMENTS
IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE, PLEASE NOTIFY UP WITHIN A WEEK OF HAVING YOUR SERVICE AS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY ADJUSTMENTS AFTER THE FACT.
